It's Jack and Barbossa as teenagers! More characters coming, and here's a quick backstory (totally made up unless noted otherwise):

Jack: Raised by pirate father (Teague) but later on decided to work for the EITC.

Barbossa: (this bio according to Geoffrey Rush) Ran away from home and learned how to use a sword at around 13 years old. Wanted to be in the Navy but decided piracy was better.
