I have recently played Castlevania: Symphony of the Night at the urging of at least two people (because it's that great) and I agree; it's a great game. Great enough to compel me to draw Castlevania artwork.
If you haven't played the game yet, this is not what you think it is. But I have noticed lots of reverse concepts in SOTN, not just for the inverted castle, but what Alucard and Richter are doing in the game (and Alucard is Dracula backwards), and this battle too. Rather clever if you think about it.
Note: The music is amazing. Now I know why they call it SOTN.
