It happens to be a Sailor Moon Roleplay Guild, which is why it is in this category.
Anyways, I have another picture that labels all the characters, but I'll go ahead and tell you what is says and who they are.
It's not the most hilarious thing in the world and Michi is out of character. But let's pretend she got all dolled up for Ruka is upset she got splattered with grapes before Ruka saw her. =3 Enjoy!
