Might I ask how you managed to create the skin texture on him? And the clothing?. Did you make it yourself?. I have DAZ 3D you see and im just learning how to use it, but I want more realistic skin textures and want to know how to get clothing and armour etc...

Unfortunately I'm not technically-gifted enough to create textures/model things from scratch yet, so I utilise the items I've got to their maximum capability. The models/textures I use need a lot of adjusting and customizing (using DAZ's in-built material facility) to get a more realistic look - otherwise it all ends up looking flat. It takes shaders, reflection maps, bump maps etc; so quite a bit of practice! You might want to try the DAZ 3D website/forums for some tutorials. Hope that helps ;-)

i saw this when it was on the new pics section and thought it was funny how it wasnt even off the new pic list and already featured :D great job with that it must be some kind of record! :D anyway this is very lovely it reminds me how they designed leon in resident evil four, you can really see it in the gloves! great job its very professional (sorry if i killed that word its late here XD) once again, very beautiful :D
