This is Holly's greatest power, Chaos Shine. Using this technique, Holly transforms into Starlight Pendragon, one of the three mighty Chaos Guardians. Tapping into Starlight's heart of gold, this is truly the ultimate power.

Woah. *shakes head* Don't think I've ever said anything that cool before. Anywhoozle, this was a lot of fun to make. ^_^ Inspired by SonicRocksMySocks, This Song, Sailor Moon, and Futari Wa Pretty Cure.

BTW... I love how I drew the eyes here. Zombies, no? ~wo They're like that because my eyes change color when I transform. Usually they're a really boring hazel, but when I transform they turn a really prettiful emerald! =D

Yes it is! =D It looks almost exactly like Sailor Moon's transformation, except instead of a miniskirt, I get the cape and shorts. =D And of course the background, shineys, and words are different...
