Because Child Protection Services would have arrested the Dursleys the moment Harry got into school and someone noticed how terribly he's being taken care of. Damn, that boys got a vicious shiner there... >.<

I broke out my new Crayola markers... some of them smell. So the paper I drew this on is quite fragrant. x3

I drew this so late at night... you can see my effort dwindling as you go from left to right xD
