ah oks then i understand now ive just seen the misty effect on random images an what not an its always intriegued me thanks alot for telling me ^__^ if i think of anything else to ask i know where to come! *faves btw hehe*

Thank you! For the mist, I just got a large brush on a really low opacity and low hardness. Then it just was patience and random brushing. :) If you want anything more precise, please let me know!
