Hey, I’m just back from the cinema. “Sweeney Todd” was released only today in Switzerland (you lucky American bastards!!) and I just LOVED this movie! It is dark, really REALLY dark (even for a Burton) and extremely violent…but I love it. I must be mad.

This is the reason why I am really happy that I managed to finish this picture right on time for the Swiss release. It was really awful to draw (the details on tapestry, floor, trousers, etc…) and I am still not happy with the result.
Whatever. I hope you like it anyway.

wow. i tried doing this same picture for art class, but i didn't dare do all of the background. i only did part. lol. once i get it back from the art teacher and take a picture of it, i'll try to post it on here. but this is really good. even though i did a closer up drawing, you are still more detailed than i was!
