It's a picture of Sasuke from the anime Naruto. I was plaing on drawing him but later on dwon when I had gotten more practice but my 7 year old cousins was saying "Dra Sasuke. Draw Sasuke." and so I did. It turned out okay except for his hiar (worst time I've ever had drawing anything. So hard.) but at least I mat some attempt at a backgound. It's a cloudy sky wiht a forest.
