Eyes: Demonic Red
Fur: Light Grey
Clothing: A black cape and a red Jacket
Occupation: Neo as he appears wasn't always like that always.
Once were a normal Hedgehog, but then has been cursed by a Devil.
Now his only part that is visible that has been cursed is his Right arm.
Glowing in a bright blue, and covered with black plates, Neo is abhoring Public.
But still, he wants to find the devil Responsible for his cursed arm. But his cursed arm also has Advantages.
Like his strengh. His strengh has multiplied from one until to infinity. his athletic skills also have imporven.
