Code of The Warrior is the first release of new music under the Shock Warriors name since the band's ill-fated Flock Of Evil debut in 1996. The album marks the triumphant return of lead vocalist/lead guitarist/main songwriter Oliver Featherstone to the world of metal after a five-year absence.
Although new rhythm guitarist Simba Kirkland appears on the cover, the album was mostly completed between 2004-2006 by the "power trio" lineup of Featherstone, Greenley and Growler and Kirkland's guitar and vocal talents are only featured on two songs.
