It's finished... and so fast!!! wtf! however, here is Rei in both forms. I got that idea since I saw both of them.
The blue stuff around her arm is a sorta power(XD ftw!)
Hope you like the wings and sorry for the crappy coloring. I was kinda in need for a bathroom but my fiends are here and using all 2 bathrooms!
