Request from Sheezy of a character named Velvet, and my first colored piece in a LOOOONG time!

I've been practicing in Photoshop alot lately, and I'm glad it paid off when it came to this. :3

I also found my old super-special-awesome inking pen in my room that I lost some time ago. xD So it was nice to find it again and use it! x3
