LOL but I like the shoes. Brown in such a hated color, but I like it ^^ And black is such a loved color, but I don't like it. Do you know what black is?? Nothingness! I'm not being cute either. The only pure black in the universe is a black hole and of course you know how fun it would be to be caught in one of those things. But I digress horribly. Though she'll never read this, the folds are pretty good, but the legs are wai too skinny. Yupyup! As always, I lurve how you colored the hair and stuffs! I also like how you can see the highlights on the jeans. For some reason, this reminds me of my char Tori. Who looks nothing like this. Must be the blue hair.

I think black is a cool color. Overdone, granted, but cool nonetheless. Or at least it can be. I hate it though, in actually coloring things, because it's much harder to make look as good as a real color. Same thing for white, but that one's even worse.

hehe... I like white because it just looks better when you shade and fold it. It's hard to highlight though.

Highlighting is just a result of shading anyway, and the shading is the hard part cuz what colors can you use? The best thing is theoretically to mix contrasting colors, but it just ends up this crazy color jumble that's half brown, half whatever darker color you use to shade it! TT_TT

hehe... I see what you mean. I used to always use dabs of grey to shade. But that didn't work for all colors, so it did pose a problem.

Mm yeah. Like I said, I usually stick to contrasting colors, with maybe some black at the deepest depths of darkness. I haven't done that for very long though, so even fairly recent pictures like this one don't have that except for in white parts (not that this pic has white parts, but the other ones of similar age do). Why don't you just use darker versions of the same colors?

hehe... I never really had exact darker versions of every color, so it didn't look right. And I did used to do that, actually. But they weren't dark enough and you couldn't tell it was shaded. I don't like using black to shade.

Because I don't use colored pencils anymore XD I use photoshop. And I take it FAC only sent you one Email about my pictures because out of all the ones that I uploaded, you commented on the one I was like "WTF am I uploading this crap? I must be out of my mind." LOLOLOL!

oh yeah, I definitely only got one email ^^ I guess I'll go check for more pics then...
