Gallows is the reincarnation of Shadark, the Sea Serpent of Water. Like James, Gallows can control his element, and that is water.

Gallows must transform his aura (spiritual energy) into the water he'll use. In this picture, he is drawing the energy into his spear. The spear is actually created from his aura itself, making it a deadly weapon. It has two curved blades at each end, making it a "Double-Headed Spear".
