This is my PW OC, Tora. She's a silly nincompoop, to be quite blunt with you. She wears earphones, sometimes to the point where every other sentence she'll go "What'd you say?" in a conversation. When her friend gets accused of murder, she "helps" Apollo with the case. And by help, I mean mostly pestering.
But she's got a good heart.
