You seem to be fond of pregnant women, no? Alrighties, there are several things you can improve.

-Her head is too big. The hair looks like a bad worn wig that way, so suggest just flattening it out a bit.

-this is optional, but I feel the eyes are too wide apart. Just a bit. :)

-the belly. If you look at a woman (even a pregnant one), you'll see that she does not have a ball in the middle of her body. They have curves the other way round in fact. What you can do the render a protuberant belly of pregnancy is indicate it by the use of shadowing. I'd say in the lower part, because your light is prolly coming from above.



Those are crits. Praise: I really like her mouth, torso and the position of her right hand. The hands do need to be improved to, make them clearer, but basically, the position is there, and it cute. :)
