Wow. Eyes, mouth, hair, pose, hands, rippy pants, all awesome. Especially the hands. Did you have a reference? Only thing I'd change is how much lighter the words are than the blood when it kinda looks like it should match. Just use that little color taker tool thing. Otherwise, totally awesome, you rock :D
