What I wore to the prom a few months back. I call it the "Loli Dress." I don't know, it reminded me of Japanese Lolita fashion. Is it?

I just had to make an illustration of it... X3 I think I messed up a lot on the detailing and the arm, but yeah, other than that any critique is welcome.

Hmnn... I don't really remember, but I did have to repeat this pic. The inking the details made finishing this pic longer than usual. Let's say at least... five hours?
