Aoi. A guy who went to wizarding school with Kiyoshi in Japan and tormented the poor boy with his constant bullying. Unfortunately, he was Kiyoshi's first love.
He is an evil wizard, of course. But he hates Voldemort. Believes he's going about it the wrong way. His speech about his ideas to enslave and use muggles instead of killing them is a long-winded one when he describes it, but it got Rookwood's attention.
Aoi is a respected member of the Japanese magical government and has put no one under the imperius curse... yet. But that's because they are unaware of his intentions as of right now. He lives in a rather large mansion in it where he hides all his cronies (which he calls his servants) where they are protected from the law by a spell. This is why Rookwood can't leave the house.
Aoi has a personal vendetta against Kiyoshi and his sister, Aiko. He tried to recruit them to join his side one day and they refused. And Charlie beat him to a pulp. When he came back to try a more forceful method of convincing, he met Rookwood who was trying to get to the Weasleys. Rookwood decided to join him and his cause. Then a battle ensued between the Weasleys, Kiyoshi and Aiko and the bad guys during which Charlie broke Aoi's neck for hurting Kiyoshi. He died for a moment, but Kiyoshi healed him with his angel powers and he was only crippled. He's learning to walk again.
He and Rookwood are now lovers. And he's the only one Rookwood will bathe for, so long as they bathe together xD
