Ancient Pokemon that evolved into the man shaped Pokemon known before their discoveries. A handful were preserved into their prehistoric state and were unfrozen by the increasing temperatures. They survived by using Rest and saving energy and are now thriving in the wild. They do not count as fossil Pokemon.
Homagnon: They wield the bones of the Pokemon they hunted. They're intelligence is decent and they are able to build tools of their own.
Croveman: The thick fur they bear protects them from the cold. Being locked away in caves for so long has diminished their eyesight but developed their other senses. They can hunt large prey in the middle of a blizzard.
