Inspired by the following image I found on Google: http://www.bookmice.net/fleur/devilgotch/devilfront.jpg. It's devil-Mametchi, one of the adult Devilgotchi forms. Devilgotchi was a spin-off from the hugely popular virtual pet, Tamagotchi.
