Bio: Arata Kawazu, is one of the most dangerous Shinobi in his clan. He’s similar to Itachi, but he did not kill his whole clan. He only killed the important people. The eldest daughter, and the youngest son. The Semi-eldest son and daughter had no use to Arata. So he spared their lives. He set out from Iwagakure, and traveled to Otogakure, and joined Orochimaru in alliance. As he and Orochimaru tried to conquer the Leaf Village, they failed miserably. He tried to kill Orochimaru in training combat, but Orochimaru saw through his plan and quickly reversed it. Now, Arata is on his own with no help whatsoever.

This comes in handy if he wants a new minion or some help in his plans to get revenge over Orochimaru. Which is useful. It works on anyone. It’s like Itachi’s Mangekyou Sharingan. If they stare directly into his eyes for about 5 seconds, there are in their own world, where at first, they lose their memory, and he then refreshes with information for HIS use.
