LOL I only understand 70% of what you said, but that's okie. hehe... But the hat looks neato and I think it's fun to draw hats! Especially top hats! Hmmm.... why don't any of my chars have a top hat? *holds up spoofy top hat* Kay, who wants to wear this!? *all my charries hide* They must be out eating nachos and painting cats. Anywayz, I like that it's done in a different time period. The hands are done pretty well and it looks like he has a slight smirk, which would fit well. Nininininininini!

Lol if you're talking about the random bit at the begining, that's just Neji telling ppl 'stay away from my cousin!' coz that's how he rolls.Tophats are great..I just find then annoying to draw..but fedoras are worse. I really do like period things. Lol I do like these hands, sometimes I draw good hands..sometimes I draw bad hands.

LOL that's funny cos one of my favorite OC's wears a fedora. I, personally, find those kind of hats rather easy to draw. I just don't like baseball caps XDD! I'm the same way with hands.

hehe... LOL mob dudes! But fedoras are rather a pin to draw. Still, they look neat. But I did give one of my chars a top hat. I even draw it, but I was busy finishing another thingy, so I didn't finish. And I didn't remember what his outfit looked like so I had to obtain the blueprints at home. Sparkllllz.
