i made a random Fosters Chibi Pic out of Boredom^^

The Chibis Are Bloo Wilt Herriman And Frankie

i will post three version of this

two edited versions and one unedited one

the edited version one is 2nd^^

i used colored pencils and a little white cellophane marker

and edited it in HP Image
