Err.. the whole picture is made on paint.

however, the blue thingy with the text is made on Paint Shop Pro.

Shading and everything is done with good ol' MS paint xD

Absoulutely beautiful! I love the way you make eyes, and I can tell you worked super hard on the hair. (I noticed the shading. Looks great.)
