My OC Natsumi dressed in an Irish dancing dress for three reasons;
1) Natsumi loves dance- all types from any and every culture.
2) I'm Irish/Northern Irish/British (so confusing O_O) and I used to love Irish dancing XD
3) I used to have a porcelain doll with a dress similar to Natsumi's only it was green and gold.
