Interesting, I'd say it's better than my rough drafts of what I've done, I'd rather not post them. But, hm, let's see.

I know this is pretty small, but some parts of the manga are a bit hard to see, so if you can darken it when you ink that'd be cool. I think you got the panels' sizes done pretty well. When you draw just a certain part of a character's face, for instance, Sakura's eyes, try your very best to make her eyes with as much emotion as you possibly can, it will make the manga better to read and look at for the reader when the expression/reaction of the character isn't dull. I know I'm not helping much, but I'm trying my best here.

Also, you should draw more of Sakura's face then you can go for the whole zoom-in thing for the next panel.
Because if the person was new to Naruto and your manga and this was the first page you gave them they wouldn't have a good idea what the characters looked like. Gah, I'm not helping at all am I?

Other than that I think that's pretty good for a first try.

Just be sure to draw the whole face in some panels, and perhaps some of their body. I'm sure you know that, like you said before this is just a rough draft, you'll get better as you go on. ^_^
