This is Makino from the anime/manga One Piece.

It was originally going to be a Shanks x Makino picture; but, Shanks decided he didnt want to be drawn. So i gave up and just inked up Makino. First time drawing Makino, and I think she ended up looking too young >.> Oh well I'll try to draw them together again later. X3

good but her arms look a little awkward, don't you hate it when characters decide they don't want to be drawn

totally
