& yes I am both definitions of catty.

This is a pic that I drew like a million years ago...(okay so it was sometime last year) anyway usually I don't bother with my old pics but I really liked this one and it feels to me like it's the only "cute" chibi I've drawn.

Note: Someone on facebook (cause it's my profile pic there) told me this looks like the character style of the "Black Gema-Gema Gang" in Di Gi Charat. I admit that was unintentional and that this chibi is not a Di Gi Charat fan character.
