Famed Evolutionary Biologist (and Atheist), Richard Dawkins, is thrown from his bicycle, on the way to Oxford University after a Revelation from Jesus... just like Saul, except, er, without the horse (having said that, I can't find any references to horses now that I've checked again... I'm sure there was a horse somewhere...)
It’ll never happen, but still. ;)
I was surprised this didn’t take as long as I thought it would, although I don’t think it really looks like Richard Dawkins… this pic of a poor guy taking a tumble from his bike was used as a reference:
no, but i know god talks about it. im sure of it, i can look it up if you wish? and it's alright about the wording and stuff.... but i was thinking, if your going to use the actual scripture, like. keep that stuff, and than all of the description points out that its richard, im not really offended.
I'd be happy to know what the quote(s) were. Which version of the Bible do you use? I was using the NIV version, but like I said, I only changed the name as I felt God calling Richard 'Saul' would sound misleading, but I've never used a Bible quote in a picture before either way.
I was slightly unsure which quote to use as I looked up about four different versions and they were all worded differently.
Thanks for the comment, sorry about the scripture wording, I never intended it to sound offensive. The version I was using (NIV) does state 'Saul, why have you persecuted me?' I only reason I changed it was because I didn't think a picture featuring Richard Dawkins with a quote about Saul would make any sense.
Just wondering, do you know where (roughly) in the Bible it speaks against word alteration?
