Okay this picture can be two different people. One can be Mitzu the Mermaid who can turn into a human. And Two it can be KC not me my character.. or me whatever. Anyway I saw a dress like the one she's wearing at a store called Marshalls. I would have bought it if it weren't for my mom. She said the dress went down too low. But anyway I thought it would look cute on my Mermaid OC Mitzu. So I hope you like it.
LOL how adorable! Her pose and hair is really cute! I see what she means about it going down too low. I have a bunch of half vest things to help with any dress I have that might have cleavage XDD. I did that with my prom dress and it still looked nice without showing everyone everything. I like how the sun is all fiery and the clouds are pink and purple. How fun! ^^ The tree looks nice, especially the trunk! And I like the starfish and seashell in the sand. Her legs could be a bit more curvy instead of straight is all I will suggest. The rest is quite nice indeed! Yupyup, and the dress is very pretty! I like the shaded colors for the sunset.
