Yay, finished another one. I seem to have a thing for drawing horses right now, ;P My god, the stones took forever e.e but I like the background =] I tried a twilight setting and think it came out pretty well ^^
I worked pretty hard on this one, I really put some effort and it kinda paid off ^^ the color choice I thought was perfect ^^
It's quite adorable, and I like the way the legs look so slender, but I have some things to point out:
The muzzle is too small. You are drawing it like you draw your felines and canines, but if you look at a horse, you'll see that there's nothing similar. Horses have long, bulky snouts.
The front right leg (of the horse) is too short. They do that pose, indeed but you drew it's 'forearm' too short, making it look weird.
The wings, while the colour looks nice are, forgive the expression, horrible. They look nothing like wings, more like a flag or something.
