a request by shadow piplup to draw mew :)... i tried to use colored pencils, but i'm afraid it didn't turn out so well so i am going to redo the pic in photoshop and post that later... if anyone knows how to do fur in colored pencil,.. PLEASE GIVE ME ADVICE!!!! i want to get better at colored pencil, tutorials are nice, but for some reason i still cant figure it out, oi! bu yea sorry for the crappyness i am going to redo it for you ^^' i just had a sudden urge to try colored pencil O.o
