I haven't submitted anything to this gallery in a while.

Anyways, I did this picture back in August, and I was pretty proud of it at the time, but now I've grown to hate it I'm afraid. I do have another Beat Alls piece that I will upload soon that is much better than this in my opinion. But I just thought I should upload this to the PPG section because there's not enough art featuring the other villains.
