you CAN use lined paper. Just most prefer unlined.

ya but my friend used lined paper and u couldnt even see the lines but it still rejected it for being on lined paper

It might have been the holes. On my previous accounts many pictures were on lined paper and none of them got deleted.

Possibly the holes.
