Resan till Melonia fanart! Starting with the lovely Ariel, my fav character. He doesn't look too much like a chicken in this pic :P I'm not sure if he's a fulmar or an albatross... It says albatross everywhere, but Ferdinand calls him fulmar in the film. Maybe it's just because he created a tempest, as fulmar is "stormfågel", "storm bird" in Swedish.
I hope you can make out the pale yellow shading :)
Resan till Melonia (The voyage to Melonia) aired in Sweden in 1989 and is loosely based on The Tempest. I don't know how well-known it is abroad, but I think it's been dubbed to Norwegian and French. It's not my favourite film, but it's alright, although it's sometimes too silly for me.
Saw it for the first time back in April or May - never saw it once in my childhood.
Feel free to ask me about the picture or Resan till Melonia if you have questions. I'll see if I can explain at least something, cuz there are hundreds of things I don't understand :P
