More concept art. The band had a song about a character called Firework Phil. They asked for concept for costume, general appearance, and the first few pages of a comic. Project fizzled, lol, never making it past concept. They liked the idea, but band broke up. Will upload concept pages for comic too. They wanted it to resemble Joker, so... it does.
