Well this picture has been sitting on my desk for the longest time. So I decided to work on it a little more and finalize it. It was a drawing exercise in my good book “The Monster Book of Manga” that teaches you how to draw Manga. [Dir-Da-Dir] Odin knows I could use a little practice. I would love to draw Manga style but my humans have always sucked. ToT Anyway, I was drawing this because I wanted a little practice on mechanical drawing. Then I thought I could integrate it into my story. I love doing that. ^_^ So, here goes, Sasha is part of the KG in Jak II she convinces Praxis to let her build a prototype Mech Cat to defeat the metalheads. [This is the screenshot of her showing it off to the guard force] She constructed for about a month nonstop to finish the project. The final product was a little over three stories high (minus dorsal fins) programmed with over 100 commands, weighed about 4 tons, 95 horsepower silent engine, hearing 7 times greater than a human’s, sense of smell 12 times greater than a human’s, and full 200 degree range of vision both in infrared and normal. She named the creation a Krimzon Mech Cat. Programmed to obey their handler and destroy those maddening Metalheads, the Mech Cat was a good companion for any patrolling KG. Originally Sasha was the only caretaker of the prototype Mech Cat, walking it on patrols and having it crush the Metalheads but it soon became something not just for the KG Commander. Impressed with what he had seen, Praxis had her construct a total of 4 Mech Cats for the KG force to use. (Two in red and two in yellow) One of the red cats guarded Praxis’ palace. When the city went under, and Torn became the leader of Haven City, the Cats where tuned up and repainted blue for the Freedom League.
