A bit like the previous jellyfish pic, except this one's got a predominantly blue ink wash. I added a pinch of sea salt when the in was still wet to get the 'tie-dye' effect.

I love the background.
It appears as though the water is rolling into waves,that go back and forth.
Very nicely done.
