Since I didn't see any fanart of it, I decided to do a pic of Piplup dressed as Sailor Mercury (hence the bubble attacks each of the characters use).

The Sailor Piplup Mercury and the bubbles were done on MS Paint. The background was done on openCanvas 1.1 (which I'm starting to get used to).
