i haven't drawn this fellow in a while, well okay its been ages. just wanted to see if i still could. im considdering including it in the large brain fart painting that im doing right now, i probably will.
for those of you who dont know, i dont watch pokemon or have very much to do with it at all. lugia is the only thing that connects me to it, i just like lugia. so sorry to all you hard out fans :-) i left pokemon YEARS ago.
