sorry the outlines are messy 0____0...... i'm trying out new ways to make outlines =] i think this one so far XD

this picture is weird 0____0 not weird as in bad weird as in, i usually suck at drawing Celebi and i'm good at drawing Pikachu but this time it's the other way around 0__0
