My entry for an "umbrella" contest over at DA. Which is..interesting since I cannot draw umbrellas! (or cats for that matter) D; I need to sit one down and have a long talk with it first.
First time I've drawn a picture with a neon glow to it. And I've only done rain digitally once before.

Great picture.
I remember that episode that Alphonse wanted a cat but couldn't keep it,it was raining in that episode.
This is very moving.
