Venger from the old Dungeons and Dragons cartoon. I used him as a villian in a D and D adventure. When I showed the picture I got the reaction "Ooh, I know that! I can't quite remember where he's from!" I saw a chibi Venger on this site, and my daughter, FudgemintGuardian, said I should submit this one. This was done about six years ago.
