Holy long desciption....alright,
*talking really fast* Part of the long going roleplay with myself and RabidSamurai. This is the(slightly)human incarnation of Chaos. I know you're thinking "Hey, that's not right, Vincent is Chaos" but let me explain. I was thinking about chaos and omega and how they related in DOC. They're both weapons with no personality, just instinct to do what they were made to do. Sooo, i decided that since---we've brought back many dead chars so don't freak out---hojo removed chaos from vincent, chaos had to be affected some how. So i made it so chaos, living in vincents body, had devolped a personality. Then he preformed a ritual to get a body and become human, with a weapons power. (He wanted to be human so he didn't have to preform the planet's will)
