This is a nice piece. Good job on the likelyness.

To improve, you could try more contrast to define the features, right now they seem to disappear in the whole. The picture looks too light to me, but that coud be a matter of taste.
Also, you could work on blending, at most places it looks good, but there are spots where it looks sloppy. Try bleding with a tissue or a tortillon or the harder to reach places.
And maybe you could work on the ear a little, it bothers me.

Futhermore this looks great. Great job on texturing the clothing. I like how you did the hair, looks better than the way I do it.

Agreed, i definatly see what you mean especially in the nose, and that ear is indeed slack, thank you very much! :D
