actually he can even though the healing factor which is why he can he also suffering from atamantium poisoning and slightly negates the healing factor which is why he dosn't heal instantly and also why even though he powers manfested themselves when he was a child he now appears to be in his thirties when really he probly would have stopped aging completely when his powers fully matured in his late teens-early twenties so even though it would take centuries he would eventually get old not frail or slow -sorry to geek out on you like that but you should know this stuff
