This is Sedrey!! He is the fiancé of Annara. Well, I guess you could say he's her ex-fiancé. He was killed early on in the story, but that wasn't known until the middle of the story. He was killed, and later reserected to kill Annara. drama! But, he was reserected with his heart, hence he cannot bring himself to acually do it.
