I used plastilina jovi (sort of clay) and games workshop red gore paint.

LOLOL wao, he's really creepy when you're eating strawberry filled waffles O.o I muchly like how you did his hat. The blood adds a lot of effect and so do the words. It looks like you did a super someawe job on him! =D
